1. Acceptance of Terms of Use

Use a strong, unique password for your maju24 account.
Avoid logging in on public devices or unsecured Wi-Fi networks.
Log out of your account after every session on shared devices.

3. User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

As a maju24 user, you agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws in Malaysia. Using the platform for any illegal activity, fraud, or actions that could compromise the safety of other users is strictly prohibited.

Users are prohibited from:

Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation from maju24.
Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt the platform's systems and infrastructure.
Distributing content that is seditious, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful through the platform.
Deceiving other users or using a false identity in any transaction or interaction on the platform.
Transferring or selling your account to another party without written authorisation from maju24.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension, membership termination, and legal proceedings where necessary.

4. Payment Information and Transactions in Malaysian Ringgit

All transactions on the maju24 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring their bank account or digital wallet has sufficient funds before making any deposit.

Maju24 supports local payment methods including Touch 'n Go, Boost, FPX, and Malaysian internet banking. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method. Detailed information on these limits is available in the account section once logged in.

Users acknowledge that:

All deposits made are final and non-reversible, except under circumstances specified by maju24 policy.
Withdrawal requests are subject to a verification process that may take up to a specified period depending on the payment method.
Maju24 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing withdrawals that exceed a specified limit.
Any taxes or charges levied by your bank or digital wallet provider are solely the user's responsibility.
Transactions suspected of being fraudulent will be frozen pending the outcome of an investigation.

5. Liability Limitations and Account Policy

Maju24 is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.

The maju24 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding its reliability, accuracy, or continuous availability. maju24 does not guarantee that the platform will be free from disruptions or errors at all times.

Account Suspension and Closure Policy: maju24 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if:

The user has violated any of the terms in this document.
Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions are detected on the account.
The user provided false information during registration or identity verification.
The user is found to hold more than one active account.
The account has been inactive for a specified period with no transactions.

In the event of an account closure for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance will be returned to the user via a method determined by maju24, once the review process is complete.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

All content, designs, logos, brand names, software, and materials on the maju24 platform are the exclusive property of maju24 and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from maju24.

The maju24 platform may contain links or references to third-party services. maju24 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party websites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms: maju24 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon being published on this page. Users are advised to check this page periodically.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be resolved through the jurisdiction of a competent court in Malaysia.
